Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare case that a product reaches you damaged or defective from our end, a full refund will be issued once the item is safely returned and inspected.
Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate product exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following cases:
- • The product has a size issue
- • There is any valid concern with the item received
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Shipping Note: Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
