  • We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service to any person during any point of the order without requiring to provide a reason for doing so.

  • Prices for the products are subject to change without notice. The brand shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Return & Exchange Policy

At AK By Amna Khan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, in the rare case that a product reaches you damaged or defective from our end, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product has a size issue, or

  • There is any valid concern with the item received.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • A proof of purchase must be provided.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

At AK By Amna Khan, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days

  • International Orders: 7–15 working days (varies by country)

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Flat shipping rate (shown at checkout)

  • International: Charges vary based on destination and order weight

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only within Pakistan

  • COD is not available for international orders

Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched

  • Delays due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible


Cancellation Policy
